No Refunds After Inspection: Once payment is completed and the client attends the inspection center and the vehicle inspection is conducted, the paid fees will not be refunded.
Rescheduling: If the client is unable to attend at the scheduled time, the inspection appointment can be rescheduled provided that we are notified at least 24 hours in advance. No additional fees will be charged for rescheduling if the prior notice is adhered to.
Payment Issues: In the event of any technical error or payment issue, the client must contact the support team to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Any refunds will be processed based on management's decision according to the situation.
